2. Design Selection & 50% Deposit

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll finalize your choices whether you're personalizing one of our past designs or creating a fully custom look from scratch. A 50% deposit secures your spot and allows us to start on the design. Working with a local designer means a streamlined, personalized process, with direct access and support at every step.

3. Design Phase

Now the creativity begins! With your input, I'll create unique design concepts tailored to everything we've discussed. You'll receive high-quality digital proofs, with the chance to refine every detail until it's just right. We'll work closely together, so you'll always feel involved and assured of your invitation's look and feel.

4. Final Approval & Remaining Balance

Once you're 110% happy with our design, we'll do a thorough review to confirm all details, names, dates, colors, etc. ensuring everything is perfect. At this stage, the remaining 50% balance is due, and once you give the final approval, we will start print production.

5. Print Production & Quality Check

Using your chosen printing techniques, we bring your invitation to life with the utmost care and precision. Our local approach means every piece undergoes a personal quality check to ensure accuracy, color, and finish. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the printing technique you've chosen.

6. Delivery

After a final inspection, your invitations are carefully packed and shipped directly to you, so they arrive exactly as you imagined. You'll receive a tracking number, so you know when they're on their way. If local, we can also meet somewhere to save on shipping. This hands-on, local service means peace of mind and beautiful results, no guessing, just guaranteed quality.

What's required to get started?

How long does the design and production process take?

What if I need changes after the initial design?

Can I order a sample of my invitation?

Yes! Once we've finalized your design, you can request a printed sample to see the exact colors, paper, and details in person. This gives you the confidence that your final invitations will be exactly as expected.

Do you offer other stationery items to match my invitations?

Yes, we specialize in creating complete suites, including RSVP cards, menus, programs, and thank-you notes, to match your invitation design as well as anything else you'll need for your big day. Just let me know what you need, and we'll coordinate everything beautifully.

What happens after I approve the final design?

Once the design is approved and the final balance is received, your invitations go straight to print. I conduct a quality check before carefully packing and shipping your order. You'll also receive a tracking number to monitor its arrival.

How will we communicate throughout the entire process?

For all artwork and design reviews, we'll use email to send high-quality PDF proofs so you can easily review and approve each piece. For other questions or updates, I'm happy to communicate via text, making it easy to reach me for any quick inquiries or clarifications. This approach keeps everything organized and ensures you have a smooth experience from start to finish.
