Our Process

Simplified to serve you better, from first hello to delivery day

1. Free Consultation

In person and no obligation. We can meet at your home or a nearby cafe. You'll review papers, envelopes, print methods, and real samples from my past work while we cover your vision, timeline, and budget comfort. I will email a detailed quote within one business day.

2. 50% Deposit

Once you're ready to move forward, a 50% deposit secures your spot and allows us to start the design phase. Working with a local designer means a streamlined, personalized process, with direct access and support at every step.

3. Design Phase

I'll create unique design concepts tailored to everything we've discussed. You'll receive high-quality PDF proofs, with the chance to refine every detail until it's just right. We'll work closely together, so you'll always feel involved and assured of your invitation's look and feel.

4. Final Approval

Once you're 110% happy with your design, we'll do a thorough review to confirm all details, names, dates and colors to ensure everything is perfect. After you give the final approval, the remaining 50% balance is due which allows us to start print production.

5. Print Production & Quality Check

Your invitations are made with love and care using your chosen methods. Every piece is checked for accuracy, color, and finish. Typical production time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on technique and quantity.

6. Delivery

If you are local, I personally deliver your invitations and review everything with you. Otherwise, your order is packed securely and shipped with tracking. You will have support until the day of your event from me personally.
